If you are involved in a motor accident you need to make sure you are fully protected against uninsured losses.
Plan Assist will organize the recovery of all your out of pocket expenses so long as you have a motor insurance policy with either Plan Insurance, Commercial Plan Insurance, Taxi Plan or Trade Plan Insurance.

Replacement Vehicle
Plan Assist can arrange for a replacement vehicle to be provided to ensure that your life is disrupted as little as possible. The vehicle is delivered and collected to and from your door.
Customer Liability Policy
Plan Assist can arrange with our credit hire provider that each hire and/or credit repair, subject to circumstances, will carry a Customer Liability Policy. This policy will ensure that any unrecovered credit agreements are not enforced upon you.
Specialist Accident Solicitors
Plan Assist can appoint a Specialist Solicitor to work on your behalf. They will be committed to protecting your interests and pursue the case until a successful outcome is achieved.
3 Day Free Theft Hire
Plan Assist can arrange Free Car Hire following the unrecovered theft of your vehicle. Refer to your Policy Summary for full terms and conditions.
Plan Assist Claims Assistance Service - Additional Notes
Plan Assist's full accident management service is available for accidents throughout the UK.
The specified services used must be those appointed by Plan Assist otherwise responsibility cannot be accounted for.
Plan Assist can arrange to have your vehicle repaired through a nationwide network or approved repairers.
Alternatively depending on your preference Plan Assist can seek to recover the cost of repairs in advance.
Plan Assist will provide a written legal opinion free of charge, in any accident case where required but reserve the right upon such opinion to withdraw support on grounds of absence of co-operation from participants or legal opinion that a case or cases is unsupportable.
